Meeting every Monday at the Nursteed Centre.

Why not come and join us for fun, friendship, activities.

The club is a registered charity with an organiser and a team of experienced helpers. We arrange a variety of activities including talks, exercise, singing and games.

Transport is available, and throughout the day hot refreshments, we cannot offer a hot lunch but we join together with our packed lunches and a cup of soup.

TUMS, BUMS AND THIGHS

Starting from Tuesday 21st March at the centre between 1pm and 1.30pm is a new fitness club.

Sessions will be run by personal trainer Rachael Purser who you can contact on 07786508849 for more information or to book your place.

The Devizes & District Contact a Family is a registered charity that provides respite and companionship to families that have members with special needs.

They run social evenings and outings which are open for all members, with or without special needs. There is also a Music Zone for special needs members and a Youth Club (which is run bi-weekly)

DEVIZES BRIDGE CLUB

  The club is a very friendly club which meets twice a week, on Wednesday and Friday evenings to play contract bridge. On Fridays we meet at the Nursteed Centre and on Wenesdays at St Andrews Church Hall in the centre of Devizes. At both venues we start at 7.00pm but ask that all players arrive by 6.45pm.

We have a break for tea or coffee and biscuits at mid-session and we expect to finish abot 10.30pm or earlier.

We are affiliated to The English Bridge Union through the Wiltshire Contract Bridge Association. Boards are duplimated and the hands and results can be seen on the club website after play finishes. Scoring is by BridgeMates and is displayed at the club.

We are seeking new club members and to aid this, we operate a Partnering System fopr members and visitors. WILTSHIRE FAMILY HISTORY SOCIETY

Wiltshire Family History Society has branches throughout Wiltshire and a Resource Centre in Devizes, and membership is available to everyone, With or without Wiltshire ancestry.

The Devizes branch meets at the Nursteed Centre on the first and third Tuesday evenings of the month.

Usually we hear talks by local or family historians, or we discuss our successes or challenges; events are published on our website and in local newspapers. As an educational charity, the Society`s meetings are open to all and of course refreshments and advice are available.

MONDAY BLIND & PARTIALLY SIGHTED CLUB

Monday Blind and Partially Sighted Club meet every Monday at the Nursteed Centre in Devizes.

We enjoy quizzes, games, trips, lots of chat and laughter. We also have delicious cooked lunches provided by two volunteers. We have spaces for new members and volunteers to join us, and enjoy all the club can offer, so come and try us out.
